I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case that 48 hours is not given, you will be charged 50% of the service booked before you can reschedule. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and may need to reschedule. In that case, the cancellation policy will apply.
